300原民到花蓮縣府前怒吼：「還我土地」

【李光濱／花蓮報導】300多名原住民今天在花蓮縣政府前發動抗議，高喊：「拆除違建，還我土地」，包括縣議員黃輝寶、呂必賢等人都發動族人參與抗爭行動，台灣原住民族部落行動聯盟秘書長歐蜜‧偉浪說，東椰館被財團強占，原住民族人林添喜將這塊原住民保留地購回，縣府針對地上物藝品店違建部分已發出公文要拆除，卻臨時喊卡，明顯有圖利財團之嫌。

縣內包括布農族人、太魯閣族人及阿美族人都聲援抗議縣府執法不公。族人們在縣府前高喊：「縣府圖利財團，縣府瀆職！」警方派出70名警力在現場維安，抗議群眾派出10人代表進入縣政府會議室協商，因縣長傅崐萁人在台北未出面，由建設處長鄧明星負責溝通，引起抗議代表不滿，當場引發口角衝突，協調會進行不到20分鐘就不歡而散。

抗議群眾聚集在縣府外高喊：「落跑縣長」，並揚言下月初將發動更大規模抗議。縣府建設處長鄧明星表示，「東椰館」拆除案縣府完全是依法行政，沒有圖利財團，他還指出，因東椰館有提出訴願，全案尚在花蓮高分院申請保全證據中，不是不拆。
