衛福部公布37疑不合格名單

地方流出37項疑似不合格油品名單，衛生福利部今天下午4時發出油品中脂肪酸檢驗不完全符合資料的37項名單的「烏龍公文」，晚間緊急召開記者會說，確實有此37項名單，與外界流傳的相同。

衛福部推測，是從地方流出，但此件並非密件。

衛福部次長許銘能說，是內部傳遞訊息錯誤，已經緊急撤銷該文，由於油為天然食品，檢驗有其限制，可能受季節、溫度等各項因素影響，所以還須到場查察確認。

許銘能說，此名單並非最後確定名單，產品不需要下架。公布不合格名單將在明天下午公布，最後結果名單的油品會要求廠商全數下架，同時並依法裁罰。
