北市僅1成預售案實價登錄

【王筱君／台北報導】財政部近來把打房矛頭對準預售屋，據《國泰房地產指數季報》顯示，實價登錄以來，北市預售屋推案量達3743戶，但實際登錄482件，登錄比例僅1成多，中山區、中正區、文山區為成交熱區，分別有108、95、90筆登錄資料。

德明財經科技大學副教授花敬群認為，現階段預售屋採結案後申報登錄，讓業者有操作空間，未來應修縮短為交易登記完成1個月內，才能更如實反映市況。
