4G競價　張善政：決標金全部收入國庫

【徐珮君／台北報導】4G今天決標，決標金額高達1186.5億元，比政府的底標359億元高出許多。負責督導電信政策的行政院政務委員張善政表示，政府的收入預期比較多，多收的標金，會依照《預算法》全部收入國庫。

張善政也表示，為了提升電信品質，相關部會也正研議把一部份標金的經費用於電信市場，讓市場規模擴大，「取之於民眾，用於民眾」，至於做哪些事情，1、2週會有回應，讓消費者能更快想享受4G服務。
