大統送出賠償計劃書　以扣押資產賠償

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣政府法制處強硬要求大統長基公司重提賠償計劃，大統今天下午5時許，透過律師以傳真傳送詳細賠償計劃，表示將以被查扣資產，包括31個帳戶現金共1230萬元、與12筆土地價值10多億元作為賠償標的，將優先賠償該公司勞工與第一線消費者，其次才是中盤商、下游經銷商，第三則為行政罰款與司法機關的犯罪所得追繳或沒入。

彰化縣政府法制處長簡金晃指出，上次賠償計劃僅草率表示要賠償等值得大統其他商品，相當沒誠意，這次提出的賠償計劃總算比較能令人接受，接下來就要依賠償計劃書跟其他機關討論如何進行監管與解凍。

簡金晃說，目前彰化縣消費者服務中心接到3267件申訴案件，縣府正式規劃表格，包括個人資料、請求權讓與書、切結書等方便民眾填寫，縣府將附回郵或請民眾上網下載，再寄回或以傳真回傳資料，以便進行團幾訴訟機制，如有問題可電話洽1950服務專線，或04-7222151。
