史諾登：願意赴美國國會做證

德國綠黨國會議員1日指出，他31日在莫斯科會晤史諾登時，史諾登曾表示他隨時準備赴美國國會做證，讓一些「可能嚴重違法行為」曝光。綠黨議員史托貝里表示，「當我問他是否願意赴德國國會、以提供更多的資訊時，他 (史諾登)一直強調，他更願意前往美國國會說明實情，並提出解釋。

史托貝里表示，「他並不把自己視為美國的敵人，且完全相反。」史諾登並表示，如果德國能保證他的安全，不會被遣返到美國，他可能會前往德國。
