婦人沿路放火　南市警民合力逮捕

【劉榮輝／台南報導】1名方姓婦人今天騎著機車，在安南區四處放火，晚上在公學路一段1處空地，欲潑油燒衛生紙時，被公親里民眾發現報警逮人，轄區長安派出所所長毛奇揚率人趕到，將人車攔下，查扣半桶汽油，正漏夜調查動機中。
 
長安派出所所長毛奇揚表示，該名婦人精神狀況不佳，被公親里守望相助巡守隊員發現時，已在公學路一段2處的巷口附近溝渠旁空地，澆油點燃衛生紙和雜草，隊員一路尾隨，終於將人車堵住。
 
市警第三分局分局長吳試智指出，婦人隨意放火至少有5處，為免波及無辜，要求各派出所加強巡邏攔查，這次警民合作才能即時破獲。
