食管署驗不出棉酚 立委質疑方式不對

大統食用油傳出混入棉仔油，但食管署日前強調並沒有驗出棉酚。對此，民進黨立委田秋堇、陳其邁今天召開記者會，質疑食管署的檢驗儀器定量極限以1ppm為規範，分析方式不靈敏，才會顯示沒有驗出，應改用更精密的液相層析串聯質譜儀進行檢測。(程平報導)

田秋堇質疑，食管署將檢驗儀器定量極限以1ppm為規範，分析方式不靈敏，才會驗不出棉酚，應以更精密的液相層析串聯質譜儀進行檢測，並以ppb為標準（1ppm=1000ppb），而且食用油也必須零檢出棉酚。

陳其邁則說，棉籽油進口未附證明書，從粗煉、精製、到消費者食用都沒有抽檢，現在東窗事發才開始研究棉酚檢驗方式，這是「拿人命開玩笑！」

對於立委的批評，食管署研檢組長施養志表示，因時間急迫，食管署才會參照國際現行方法，設定1ppm進行檢驗。不過施養志也強調，食管署已經透過LC-MS/MS定量極限為50ppb，初步結果也沒有驗出棉酚，但還要完成檢驗報告規定的程序後才能公布。
