藍全代會設抗議區 遭警方拒絕

國民黨定十一月十號在台中召開全代會，針對公民團體可能的丟鞋嗆馬行動，是否設置陳情抗議專區。台中市警察局長刁建生今天(一號)表示，於法無據，決定不設置。市長胡志強則說，尊重警方決定。(寇世菁報導)

中國國民黨第十九次全國代表大會定十一月十號，在台中市梧棲區台中港綜合體育館舉行，由於有公民團體發起萬人威鞋行動，揚言到場丟鞋抗議，一度傳出現場規劃設置陳情抗議區，連日來面對議員質詢都說沒有規劃的台中市警察局長刁建生一號表示，設置陳情抗議區於法無據。

刁建生指出，陳抗專區源起於主辦單位的想法，台中市警察局從沒這種規劃，因為於法無據，沒有法令有陳情抗議區設立的規定及理由，因此決定不設。

胡志強也表示，設置陳情抗議區，要看是否有法源依據或基於安全考量需要，主辦單位合法申請開會，理應受到保護，他尊重警方的決定。
