高市推綠屋頂　市府機關先示範

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄市政府極力推動綠屋頂及太陽光電計劃，並以市府機關為示範區，如三民區行政中心及勞工局前鎮行政中心的頂樓，均進行屋頂改建工程，日前已完工，將太陽光電及立體綠化整合成光電農園。

高雄市政府建管處第1課課長曾品杰表示，高雄日照充足，太陽光電板製造的電可直接賣回給台電，等於不必再繳電費，明年也將開始補助一般民眾裝設，最多可補助工程造價的一半，約8~10年可回本，新成屋目前則已有高永建設的透天新案「映美墅NO.20」屋頂全面裝設太陽光電板，為高雄首個「陽光社區」。
