台南建物買賣移轉爆量增26.2%

【王筱君／台北報導】10月最新建物買賣移轉棟數資料今出爐，台北市交易量共3092棟，較上月減少1.56%，新北市6443棟，較上月成長2.35%，台南市2012棟爆量成長26.2%，台南市交易量前3名分別為永康區369棟、東區260棟與中西區157棟。

永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛表示，自主客為主的台南市，因部分地區有新成屋交屋，使交易量增，永康區未來3年內有南紡廠房變更案，加上離東區近，已有補漲趨勢。
