林秀濤應訊時 也被監聽現譯

（中央社記者劉世怡台北1日電）台北地檢署今天起訴檢察總長黃世銘，依監聽資料查出，黃世銘向總統面報當晚，特偵組對林秀濤，同步偵訊及監聽進行譯文。

檢方人士表示，所謂的「監聽現譯」，通常出現在重大或急迫的案子上，例如綁票案，「監聽現譯」是為了掌握時效，以便即時回報。

北檢起訴指出，高檢署檢察官林秀濤在8月31日被特偵組檢察官鄭深元偵訊期間，林女在休息時段，曾打電話給牧師友人表示要諮詢，在電話內容論及是否有長官要求對立委柯建銘所涉全民電通案不上訴等語，而這些對話內容，全被監聽林秀濤的辦案人員，以現譯方式掌握。

同時間，現譯人員也先行回報，鄭深元、特偵組組長楊榮宗及黃世銘才就林秀濤電話內容進行討論；鄭深元後來再度訊問林秀濤，「如果檢察長沒有這樣的指示，你是否有可能上訴？」林秀濤答稱：「是，我會上訴」。

北檢表示，依據監聽資料，特偵組對林秀濤所持用的行動電話，持續現譯至9月5日中午12時許才停止現譯工作。1021101
