江揆：盼廠商自行送驗食品再販售

行政院長江宜樺表示，食安問題頻傳，除政府修改法規、祭出重罰外，也期待廠商建立自主機制，自行將產品送實驗室認證後再銷售。不過因食品種類很多，不是所有廠商都適用此規範，未來將評估哪些類型產品、何種規模工廠應優先符合此要求。

立委徐欣瑩今天質詢江揆時表示，她正研議修法強化「食品強制檢驗條款」，經中央主管機關公告類別及規模的食品業，其所販賣食品應向主管機關認定的相關機構、法人或團體申請食品抽驗，符合食品安全標準後才能陳列、販賣。

江宜樺表示，同意這樣的修法方向，但需嚴謹討論從哪些廠商先規範，像路邊賣麵線羹、魚丸湯的小販，就不可能有足夠財力將食品送驗。
