大型藥廠默克(Merck)(MRK-US)周二公布，第二季獲利下降至9.06億美元，或每股30美分，去年同期為獲利17.9億美元，或每股58美分。

不含併購與重整成本，該公司第二季獲利為25.3億美元，或每股84美分，去年同期為獲利32.3億美元，或每股1.05美元。

該大藥廠周二並公布，第二季營收下降至110.1億美元，去年同期為123.1億。

接受FactSet研究機構調查的分析師平均預估，默克第二季每股獲利82美分，營收為112.4億美元。

默克公司說，氣喘與過敏藥物Singulair銷售下降80%。

該公司重申，預期2013年全年獲利每股1.84至2.05美元，經調整併購與重整成本後，每股獲利3.45至3.55美元。

盤前交易中，默克股價下跌0.3%。
