錢鼠狂犬病毒和鼬獾相似度達91％

【綜合報導】家衛所所長蔡向榮表示，台東市錢鼠上周被檢出麗沙病毒，經基因定位，和台東、南投鼬獾狂犬病毒相似度達91%、92%，確認患狂犬病第一型病毒。

防檢局局長張淑賢表示，該錢鼠驗出麗沙病毒後，隨即通報台東縣縣長，隨即緊急釋出狂犬病疫苗供台東地區民眾寵物免費施打，同時錢鼠不若其他老鼠會爬牆，且屬食蟲目，非一般老鼠的齧齒目，喜歡吃廚餘，會藏匿在排水溝，民眾只要將廚餘加蓋，定期清理排水溝，並在門口放置捕鼠籠，可有效避免錢鼠傳染。
