資金短缺128億英鎊　巴克萊發新股籌資

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】為填補高達128億英鎊（約195億美元）的資金缺口，巴克萊（Barclays）計劃以發新股籌資58億英鎊（約89億美元），並發行20億英鎊（約31億美元）可轉換債券，以回應英國監管機構呼籲減少槓桿比率的要求。
 
巴克萊今表示，投資人將能以比昨天收盤價少40%的1.85英鎊（約2.8美元）價格，用現在持有的4股認購1股新股，估巴克萊的資產將縮水800億英鎊（約1220億美元）至1.5兆英鎊（約2.3兆美元）。
