4G競標9/3登場　業者分房監視器緊盯

【徐毓莉／台北報導】4G執照將在9月3日起進行競標，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)今對媒體公開競價室與說明競價細節，參與競標的業者各會有一間房間，NCC也建議各業者不宜交談，每天從早上9時到下午5時，每回合進行20分鐘，一天會有10回合，每間房間都有攝影機以及數台電腦。對於這次可能會有幾回合競價，官員表示目前很難推估。

若以當年3G執照競標19天、180回合，這次推估可能也要花上約半個月時間，結果才能出爐。目前遞件爭取4G執照業者，共七家，包括現有電信業者：中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳電信、亞太電信，還有魏應交為代表的台灣之星移動電信、新建公司，以及以鴻海董事長郭台銘為代表的國碁電子。
