曾銘宗：美債影響 很快將過去

美國聯邦參眾議院民主、共和兩黨達成共識，提高舉債上限。金管會主委曾銘宗今天(17日)表示，金管會9月提出的3項活絡措施對股市成交量有幫助，相信美債的影響很快就會過去。

美國參眾兩院通過解決政府關門與提高舉債上限法案，近來的美國債限危機終於宣告解除。

對於美債危機解除後、對台股的影響，金管會主委曾銘宗17日在行政院會後、面對媒體詢問表示，金管會9月宣布活絡股市的3大措施後，櫃檯買賣中心的成交量已經成長20%，集中市場成長5%，等到明年正式實施現股當沖之後，相信美債短期影響很快就會過去。曾銘宗說：『(原音)各位看到，從10月到現在，幾乎集中市場跟OTC加起來都超過(新台幣)1000億，量有在增加，跟各位報告，假設現股當沖在明年1月6日正式開放，量會進一步增加，美債的這些短期影響，我相信很快會過去。』

另外，金管會將放寬最低股票面額的限制，未來將沒有下限；曾銘宗也表示，取消股票最低面額對新創事業的投資有一定幫助，也因為更有彈性，對股市也會有相當助益。
