542旅爆性騷擾　女下士遭男上士摳耳騷擾

【林修卉╱台北報導】陸軍542旅又出事！民進黨立委劉建國今天下午舉行記者會說，542旅1名25歲姚姓女下士自今年7月起，遭同旅一位男上士以「摳耳朵」、「掐脖子」、「拉手臂」等方式騷擾至今，呼籲軍方速查此事。

姚女的陳姓男友今出席記者會說，這位男上士除了以摳耳朵及言語騷擾姚女外，姚女本月7日晚間因拒接該男上士的電話，隔天男性上士居然把姚女推到牆壁，掐脖子直問「為什麼不接電話」，姚女無法呼救，拚命掙扎，當時嚇壞了。陳先生說，姚女10日赴三總驗傷，診斷為頸部挫扭傷。

劉建國說，姚女母親9日打電話給連長，連長才帶姚女去憲兵隊備案而非報案，現在案件在542旅內部調查中，他呼籲國防部要用最快的速度徹查到底。
