瞄一眼引殺機　3惡少持刀砍人遭逮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市3名男子郭權御(21歲)、許凱翔(22歲)、張文諺(22歲)，去年9月1日凌晨2時許，在基隆市仁二路上1間KTV歡唱完走出大門，看見2名男子站在門口等人，對他們喝斥「看三小！」，之後竟拿開山刀、電擊棒與安全帽追砍2名男子，民眾見狀趕緊報警處理，2名遭砍男子送醫後無大礙。
 
警方調查，涉嫌砍人的許男與張男已落網，郭男因逃亡遭到通緝。本周2晚間10時許，警方發現郭男的車停在祥豐街上，於是埋伏抓人，一看到他開門下樓，立即衝上前壓制逮捕。郭男坦承犯案，表示去年曾遭北市警察抓到，當下謊報身分逃過一劫，訊後依殺人未遂罪移送。
