全球人壽董座劉先覺：不動產年報酬率要8%

【廖珮君／台北報導】全球人壽董事長劉先覺今天參與國際保險監理官年會（IAIS）會後提到，目前在內湖有兩棟半的大樓，希望預計2年內可以賣掉，希望年報酬率都有8%以上。劉先覺表示，全球人壽投資股票與不動產部位最高不超過15%左右。但是目前投資在股票的比重約4%、投資不動產的部位僅8%，合計約為12%。

劉先覺指出，合併國華人壽所取得國華人壽的不動產，全球人壽會依據獲利情況與管理是否符合成本，予以調整。不動產方面，劉先覺說，兩年多前買了內湖幾棟大樓，希望兩年內可以賣掉，年化報酬率希望有8%以上。
