【短片】死亡車禍！　1歲女童未坐安全椅枉死

【林靜盛／雲林報導】虎尾鎮墾地里今發生死亡車禍，一名林姓阿嬤開車載2孫女(1歲、2歲)出門，西向東行駛虎尾鎮海墘厝路，在雲97線路口，撞擊詹姓女子駕駛轎車左前輪，巨大撞擊力使林女駕駛休旅車車頭嚴重毀損，詹女則衝入對向農田，兩車4人皆受擦、撞傷，其中1歲女童頭頸部受撞擊，呈現瘀青腫脹，送醫前已無生命跡象，經若瑟醫院搶救仍宣告不治。
 
虎尾警方在休旅車上、現場未發現安全座椅，不排除女童因猛烈碰撞，車內拋甩頭部撞擊車體致死，林女初步包紮後，聽聞孫女死亡，情緒完全崩潰、痛哭失聲，林女不斷哭喊：「怎麼會這樣！」詹女同因治療中，皆無法製作筆錄，車禍發生經過仍需進一步釐清。
 
警方將依道路交通處罰條例，對未使用安全座椅的林女開出罰單，呼籲民眾重視兒童搭車的安全問題，以免悲劇一再重演，明日檢警相驗後，將依《過失致死罪》將林、詹兩女移送法辦。
