監委下午約詢關說案證人檢察官陳正芬

監察院傍晚發出新聞稿，指監察委員洪德旋、吳豐山為調查關說、監聽案，下午2時半約詢台灣高檢署檢察官陳正芬。二位監委表示，約詢陳正芬是為了瞭解當時的真實情況。約詢於下午3時結束。而依監察法明文，不透露案情內容。

陳正芬與被特偵組移送檢評會的台灣高檢署檢察官林秀濤同一辦公室。特偵組指控林秀濤依台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌指示對柯建銘背信案不上訴後，曾告訴陳正芬「真好，不必寫上訴書」。
