特偵成員缺席 立委轟藐視國會立法院邀請法務部今天到司委會做「監聽調查報告」的專案報告，但受邀前來的特偵組檢察官鄭深元、組長楊榮宗以及調查小組成員等多人不但沒有來、也沒有請假，引發召委呂學樟以及多名立委不滿，要求法務部立刻聯繫前來。呂學樟說，司委會依法邀請相關人員到場，受邀行政部門人員不來，可決議藐視國會。

法務部長羅瑩雪則以「釋字461號」，解釋為什麼楊榮宗等人沒有義務到場，再度引爆立委群起砲轟。立委廖正井表示，身為司委會委員不能作違法的事或擴大解釋，羅瑩雪跟黃世銘一開議就應該說明白，耗費大家一個早上時間。司委會最後在鄭深元等人補請假後，會議僵持到中午散會。
