吸毒沒擦嘴　臉留毒渣遭逮

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市中和二分局警方昨天晚間10時許，在中和民德路見1名28歲葉姓男子騎機車不斷搖晃，將其攔下盤查，結果在葉嫌鼻子、髮梢發現疑似毒品殘渣的不明白色粉末，將葉男帶返警局化驗後，確認該白色粉末為K他命殘渣，警方依社會秩序維護法進行裁罰。

警方表示，葉男遭警方逮捕時，一度辯稱白色粉末為在家包水餃時不慎沾染麵粉，經警方化驗確認該粉末為K他命殘渣後才坦承吸毒，且因葉嫌吸毒後精神不濟仍騎乘機車，經警方進行精神測試觀察後，確認葉嫌精神狀況不宜駕駛交通工具，訊後將他依公共危險罪嫌移送。
