食用油大廠爆摻劣油 監委自動調查

監察院傍晚發出新聞稿表示，國內知名食用油大廠爆發摻雜劣油及禁用銅葉綠素染色劑，混充為進口特級橄欖油於市面上販售，影響食品安全，監察委員程仁宏、楊美鈴、趙榮耀今天申請自動調查，將調查衛生福利部、食品藥物管理局及地方政府違失責任。

監委指出，監察院曾於98年間調查「連鎖速食業者使用油炸油品安全衛生」，發現衛生福利部(前為行政院衛生署)對於油炸油管制，未周詳規劃管理制度，又未執行專案稽查，查核措施也欠缺延續性，輕忽油炸油管理，遂提案糾正前行政院衛生署。現又爆發國內知名食用油大廠違法添加禁用之銅葉綠素染色劑於市售食用油中，凸顯相關主管機關對於國內食用油品安全作為仍有待加強。
