倒馬聯盟控遭跟監　憲指部：總統維安

【王烱華／台北報導】「公民行動倒馬行動聯盟」上午指控，總統馬英九的特勤人員對他們進行跟監、偷拍行為，聯盟並公布跟監者的影像照片，經過一天的人肉搜索，確定是國防部憲兵指揮部台北憲兵隊的黃姓少校調查官。憲兵指揮部澄清說，當天是執行總統的維安勤務，為了解聯盟是否還會有其他抗議行為，而進行蒐證，及狀況掌握，絕不是搞白色恐怖。
 
 倒馬聯盟在10月9日赴小巨蛋抗議馬英九後，隨即遭跟監、偷拍，聯盟上午並公布遭跟監、偷拍的監視錄影帶影片，希望全國網友幫忙人肉搜索，揪出跟拍的人是誰?又是誰派來的?聯盟嚴厲抨擊說，馬英九的「特務」跟監、偷拍， 簡直就是搞特務治國、白色恐怖。
 
經過近一天的人肉搜索，有人向《蘋果》爆料指認跟監者，憲指部坦承此事，但強調當天是總統維安勤務，憲兵是維安勤務執行單位，為怕聯盟還會有其他抗議行動，才由調查官與另一名憲兵人員前往進行「狀況掌握」，以確保總統安維，絕不是搞白色恐怖。
