管碧玲：4G網路設備應全面禁止中國製

【徐毓莉／台北報導】4G競價標金已逾900億元，立委管碧玲今在立院交通委員會中，質疑標金不斷飆高，業者為成本考量，恐大量採購中國產品，中國製基地台費用僅為其他國家的1/3到1/10，將來4G基地台在政府不禁止的情況下，將成為中國產品的天下，今交通委員會也通過提案，要求行政院資通安全會報應會同國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)研議4G電信業者提報網路系統相關設備，應全面禁止中國產品。

管碧玲表示，NCC與國安單位對4G基地台設備的控管仍採3G模式，僅在核心網路設備禁止中國產品，基地台則開放，但4G網路架構較為扁平，功能更為強大，一旦被入侵或被植入木馬程式，攻擊力更強，更可直接攻擊到核心設備，4G基地台若有問題，攻擊與影響層面會更大。
