貝萊德持續減碼香港　料房價將跌10%

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】在美國可能減碼刺激政策及中國緊縮信貸下，貝萊德（BLACKROCK）持續減碼香港投資，預期香港股、房市表現將落後亞洲其他國家，隨著美國利率看升及香港持續打房，2014年之內香港房價恐跌逾10%，。
 
貝萊德董事亞洲股票投資團隊負責人施安祖（Andrew Swan）表示，貝萊德近12個月持續出脫香港企業個股。他說：「香港此刻處境面臨極大挑戰，過去在中國大規模槓桿下享有的強勁流動性及低成本融資，如今都已不再。」
