立院三讀 將狼師逐出校園

為了嚴懲狼師，拒絕校園性侵害或性騷擾，立法院陸續修法，從犯罪到通報，課以主管機關和加害者重責。立法院院會今天三讀修正通過性別平等教育法第25條，未來發生校園性侵害、性騷擾或是性霸凌事件，經主管機關調查屬實，狼師將遭到解聘、不續聘等處分。

立法院前年通過教師法和教育人員任用條例的修正，將狼師揪出來，給予不續聘的處分，對於沒有即時通報，隱忍狼師作祟，一樣要罰。院會今天通過性別平等教育法，將原本僅要求老師道歉或接受心理諮商的條文，一舉提高納入到「給予申誡、記過、解聘、不續聘之處分」的內容入，增加嚇阻效果。
