衝高明年新契約保費　新壽新增行銷長李正偉

【黃國棟／台北報導】新光金控（2888）旗下子公司新光人壽昨召開董事會，通過新增加行銷部門與增設行銷長的職務，並挖角全球人壽副總經理李正偉出任行銷長一職。近年來壽險銷售環境日益艱困，不但保單責任準備金利率屢屢調降，造成保費變貴，加上近年薪資倒退、主管機關限制類定存的儲蓄險保單銷售，造成各家壽險公司的新契約保費大幅滑落。為此，新光人壽決議新增行銷長，主要推動商品的行銷創新，希望藉此提高明年度的新契約保費。

新光金控副總經理徐順鋆表示，行銷長李正偉是美國明尼蘇達大學數學博士，過去曾在海外的再保公司任職、也曾在國內的壽險公司擔任副總經理，保險資歷相當完整，而李正偉也具備FSA及CFA的金融證照，還有精算師的資格，對商品、行銷相當嫻熟。
