國鼎肺癌標靶新藥拼2017年在美上市

【姚惠珍／台北報導】國內抗肺癌Ras標靶新藥Hocena的研發公司國鼎生技（4132）宣布，已獲美國FDA核准將進入二期臨床試驗，預計明年啟動，並委由全球知名的ICON公司進行二期臨床試驗，預計將收60位病患，最快將於2017年取得美國FDA核准上市。
 
國鼎董事長劉勝勇指出，全球每年死於肺癌人數高達140萬人，其中有85%為非小細胞肺癌，目前缺乏有效療法，導致末期的5年存活率幾乎為零，「30%癌症病患可以發現Ras基因突變，其中胰臟癌突變比例更高達9成，而Hocena則是真菌的全新天然化成物，主要是抑制對Ras基因活化，藉此可以抑制癌細胞的生長。」
 
國鼎研發首席研究員陳志銘則補充，在一期臨床試驗中發現，6成的腫瘤可達到有效控制，平均縮小25%。預計2014年啟動二期臨床，由於此新藥符合突破性療法及無藥可醫的條件，因此結果若符合預期，將爭取直接送FDA申請藥證，最快2017年上市。
 
遠雄集團持股近2成的國鼎生技成立於2002年，目前資本額7億元，將進行2~3億元的私募，以進行臨床試驗，預計年底資本額不超過10億元，而國鼎今年前3季營收1.44億元，仍處於虧損。
