佩甄賺錢買房當保障

【顏馨宜／台北報導】藝人佩甄上東森《現在才知道》大聊如何省錢繳房貸，佩甄說自己一旦買房，會想辦法賺更多錢來繳房貸，她說自己曾經有一棟房子，當時房貸利率1.8%，要繳20年，但她僅花了3年就付完房貸，只因為「不喜歡欠錢的感覺」。不過她努力繳房貸，老公王祚軒卻說：「房子又不會住到老，可以慢慢還或轉賣！」佩甄卻認為每年房屋稅有30萬扣抵額可節稅，買房子也是保障自己有工作，「因為有工作才有錢繳房貸」。
