陳保基：譴責商周與陳良宇不負責任

針對商周報導鮮乳疑似含禁藥，重傷酪農產業，農委會主委陳保基今天為酪農抱不平，他譴責商周報導及銘傳大學生科系副教授陳良宇的研究不負責任，嚴重傷害台灣酪農產業，「怎麼可以不負起責任？」

衛福部依據食管法40條，要求商周與陳良宇提供檢驗報告、檢驗方法、檢測實驗室等資料，至中午前資料仍未補送。

陳保基表示，如果酪農業者提告，他表示支持，農委會會提供必要的法律協助。他說，這個報導對產業影響非常大，商周與陳良宇僅用非常不嚴謹的「一個」實驗，沒做過第二次檢驗，卻造成台灣酪農產業重大損失，未來若大家都可以這樣做，「我們國家會變成什麼？」
